Tim is an entertainment attorney based in Nashville, TN. After first moving to Nashville in 2013 to attend Belmont University, Tim began working as a hired side musician. Years later, his passion for music and intellectual property law guided many of his choices in law school, where he participated in the University of Richmond’s Intellectual Property and Transactional Law Clinic. In his final year of law school, Tim commuted between Nashville, TN and Richmond, VA while touring extensively with a Nashville country artist.

 

Tim has experience with various areas of music, entertainment, and intellectual property law relating to copyrights, trademarks,  and other IP matters, as well as contract and general business matters, including entity formation. He has a passion for helping artists and musicians make informed decisions and obtain the compensation they deserve. While working as an attorney, Tim still tours and remains active in the Nashville music scene.
